Terms & Conditions
1. Prices and Payment.
a. All prices are current and enforced at the date of order.
b. Crystal Moments may vary its price list with out prior notice.
c. All payments to Crystal Moments are currently through Paypal only.
2. General Description
a. Crystal Moments makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and images on this website. However, as the items offered are a natural origin and they may differ slightly to those shown.
b. Photographs are intended to give as accurate a representation as possible but are subject to photographic limitations c. All sizes given are approximate.
3. Delivery
a. Crystal Moments will endeavour to despatch all Orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. However, there may be times beyond our control when this is not achieveable, however, You should expect to receive the Goods within 10 days of order confirmation, unless advised otherwise.
b. All orders will be sent by First Class signed for delivery.
4. Non-delivery
If You have not received the Goods within 10 days of the date of order confirmation, You are requested to advise Crystal Moments immediately by email or phone.
5. Returned and Damaged Goods
a. Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, the Customer has the legal right to cancel the Order within 7 days of the date Goods are received. Crystal Moments will refund the cost of the Goods in full within 30 days of cancellation.
b. The Customer must advise by email or phone before returning any Goods in order to obtain a ‘unique reference number’, which is to be marked on the returned package.
c. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging and by a trackable delivery method. Crystal Moments will not be responsible for any Goods lost or damaged during return.
d. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us.
6. Damaged Goods
We always take the utmost care to securely pack all Goods. If however, they are found to be damaged upon receipt, you must email Crystal Moments immediately. Crystal Moments will then contact You to discuss the matter further.
7. Acceptance
On placing an Order with Crystal Moments, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
